So guys, I need some help now. I have 2 18x18x24 terrariums with live plants set up for my geckos, but I'm still not sure, how often my Mist King system should mist those. I have currently 3 nozzles per terrarium

I would take a guess and say once a day for about 10-15 seconds. Never used a mist system before but from what I've read about other people's mistakes this seems like a good starting point. You'll have to use judgement calls based on how wet the enclosures end up. I'd even suggest a couple humidity gauges to see where you end up. I mist the majority of my geckos once a day and some twice a day(sometimes).
