mold on the plants? I've seen a tiny bit on branches sometimes, and I've occasionally seen mushrooms, but actual mold is not cool.

can you describe your setup in detail, and also share photos?

I have paper towels on the floor an silk plants hanging down on the bottom an the leaves that are on the towels get moldy .

ah.
did you throughly disinfect them before putting into the tank?

most molds generate spores. it can be really hard to actually get rid of it. however, if leaves on the bottom of the cage are molding, that suggests you are misting too much, cleaning too infrequently, your cage isn't well-ventilated, or the silk plants carried in a bunch of spores.

can you post photos?

I have had this from time to time when using paper towel, due to issues regulating humidity. I second Aimless' comments about either misting too much or cleaning too infrequently.
I have found that using an eco earth style peaty substrate works well with ciliatus and helps regulate humidity much better.
