I recently got a green anole .. having a very hard time keeping the humidity above 50.. because of the basking.
set up: 10 gal, 60 w yellowdaytime light, uv light , eco earth, branches and plants.
no matter what it goes under 50...
cover the screen with tin foil (or other non-flammable stuff). it's not very pretty but it helps. also, it would be easier to keep the humidity up if you had a bigger tank.
