is blue/purple in leopard gecko mouth normal?!?!

My leopard gecko hasnt been eating for few weeks now, first I thought heating and doubled cheack because we have been having weird warm and then rainy cold happening but the heat seemed fine 86-88 degrees(and 90 on heating pad) mostly 87.7degrees but turned it up to 90-92 degrees when first noticed her not eating/hiding more. she started losing noticable amount of weight but not skinny so got worried and looked up and heared of force feeding chicken baby food, at first she wasnt gaining anything on but at weeks end she got most of her weight back and now its going into her 3rd week of not wanting to eat... I got to a digital scale and she weighed 48g (shes 9-10mounths) on tuesday and now she weighs 51 today but her sister (litter mate) is 58g they both been fed around the same amount and are same age and both female so is it odd there that far apart in weight.. Also when try to give her food she closes her eyes and turns her head away, also i almost got her to get a cricket and she cruntched down but then shock her head and spat it out and also shes been rubbing her mouth move often on the back of the wall. Also I looked in her mouth and noticed bluish purple on roof of mouth, and since I'm paranoid I looked it up and i'm wondering is it normal like veins or early signs of mouth rot. Also I am taking her to a vet soon its just vet said since shes improving (becomeing move lively) that maybe wait a few more days.

I would seperate them to better monitor her eating.

What sort of thermometer are you using?
Digital ones are the most accurate and one with a probe should be used to check surface temperatures.
Your temperatures should fall within the below ranges:
Warm side surface between 88-95
Warm side air between 80-85
Cool side air between 70-75

I picture of her mouth and enclosure will be helpful :)

using digital with probe and the temps seem right to what you just said. Also I have had them for 5 months and always tong feed to make sure they got enough each. But good news!! she ate today few hours after posted XD

Also it looks like its just veins, hopfuly she stays eating :3 because is pricey to even just get them looked at 0.o at least have vet who is familiar with leopard geckos close by instead of going for long care drive(only guy at the office that works with them at that place) and stress them out.
