Fruit flies in my crickets

HI,

I've managed somehow to get fruit flies living in the cricket keepers with my crickets. The crickets have BugGrub, water on a paper towel and carrot/apple/cauliflower leaves/grapes/cucumber etc. (not all fruit/veg at once, but some combo) in with them to make them the best food for Daff (my leopard gecko)..

Anyone got any ideas how to get rid of the flies without killing the crickets? (The flies are really annoying me as they don't just stay in with the crickets they fly elsewhere too.)

Thanks

The fruits/veggies are replaced every night. Won't removing them make the crickets less good for Daff?

Right now your worried about the flies so I would try changing a few things to see what helps remove them. Stop feeding veggies/fruits for a week or so and see if the flies are still an issue, if they are then it's not the veggies/fruit and we'll move on to the next possible issue.
