So i finally set up my first breeding group of crested geckos..

Two of the females make a very soft chirping when I pick them up, like I can't even hear it unless my ear is right beside them, I know chriping normal but is she trying to tell me sopmething?

Also the other question is , when shoukd I take the male out of the breeding group? After there are eggs? Or?

the chirping is telling you they don't enjoy being picked up. it is normal :)

as for when to take the male out...what is your purpose? just to get both females gravid, and then to separate?

Like what I'm wanting to do is breed them, but should I take the male out once the females are Gravid ? Or does it matter ..?

well, girls will retain sperm. so you can take him out, but they'll likely continue to lay.

some people keep them together year-round, but you have to keep a careful eye on your females as they can get worn out from all the work and effort it takes to produce eggs. in particular, you have to be certain their weight stays good and they are fed properly, as the calcium demands of making eggs are very hard on females. since they can retain sperm and lay eggs for months after the male is removed, it's hard to say exactly when this should happen.
