exo terra tree fern panels

I'm building a crested gecko home and wondered if any of you have tried these panels as backgrounds. I would like to grow moss etc on them. And how do they stay in place?

And how do you make it fit a 12x12x18? Its weird sizes..

Or are xoo med fotest tile better? Can you grow moss on it. It I'd actually 12x18 so it would be easier. .

I used forest tiles and they come pre cut to fit the enclosure sizes. I attached mine using GE II silicone to attach them to the glass in the tanks. Moss would be hard to grown on any wall, too close to the light it'll dry out so the best bet is in the front of the tank by the doors, there's an air vent under the doors which will allow them air and moss will be on the ground which will keep them damp between mistings

I cut mine so it didnt sit in the drainage layer. I think I used the 18-18-18 on one of mine, went down to the substrate and that was it.
