Sounds good so far. You may end up adding flexwatt across the bottom as well. This will help keep the humidity up from the misting on the substrate. Your tubes should be almost vertical, leaning up against foliage and such.
Actually I've had some success with a 1.2 or 1.3 in Leos but not with Tokay. Trios never seem to work because of competition between the females over the male. They will eat each others' eggs and can break each others' back as well so pairs work much better to a point.
By the way, sibling females can usually be kept together until adulthood.
Now let's go back to pairs. Breeding season starts in late December/January and rocks through June. Pairing up in December usually works well. If you are using imported wild caught females, you should pull your males after the 2nd set of eggs. (End of February-ish) She may still lay another set or three even after he's gone.
The danger here is that the WC female will be in danger of egg binding thought to be from kidney failure. Although this can happen in captive bred girls as well, it is not as common. And yes, we've all seen some females that can crank out 10 eggs a year without issue.
The problem here, over time, is that the female never gets to build her reserves or grow while the male just gets bigger and bigger. I'm actually at the point of 'retiring' some of my bigger males because they are just too strong for a girl less than half his size.
