Worried about my Paroedura Pictus

My panther gecko has been doing this weird thing where he stands really tall on all fours and looks as if hes hunching over. He has been doing this quite frequently lately and it doesn't occur for long but it just doesn't look right. I also just saw him earlier look like he was shaking or trembling, almost like a seizure. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any idea what I'm talking about? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Several things can cause seizure or tremor in geckos.

First, I would strongly recommend a vet visit!

Second, can you tell us every detail about your gecko and his care, so maybe we can spot a potential problem that might be the cause? Please include pictures if you can, of him and his home.

I actually am unsure how to post pictures but i will do my best to accurately describe him and his surroundings. He is a small male that has always seemed very active and healthy. I got him back in July and he is about 5 months old. His habitat is a 20 gallon tank (i think its a 20 gal) and he has a water bowl, some leafy branches i have suctioned to the glass at the back of the habitat, a haba hut with a heat pad underneath on the bottom side of the tank, and his bedding is repticarpet. He also has a moist log like plastic hide where he spends a lot of time during the day. His primary heat source during the day is a heat lamp that keeps the warm side approximated 85 degrees during the day, and at night I turn off the lamp and his only heat source is the heating pad which usually leaves the tank in between 70 and 75 degrees. As for diet I feed him small crickets, usually around 5 a day. I started off dusting the crickets with D3 calcium every feeding as i was told to do by petco employees. I was told by a couple people to not use calcium as much when they get to be over a few months old. So recently I have only been dusting the crickets with calcium for one or two feedings a week. I'm afraid I dropped the calcium dosage too quickly and he has a calcium deficiency. I am taking him to a vet tomorrow and hopefully he can help him. I'm afraid he could have MBD as well but I am not aware of the symptoms for that.
