So I have been trying to figure out where this herp comes from and what it is.
I saw it on a poster on my campus in the biology department, but didnt get a chance to read other than I saw the image wasnt labeled. Ever since then, I have wondered what the heck it is because it is beautiful.

I noticed that the head and body are very similar to the Agamidae family. Almost like a Uromastyx ornata, but i cant seem to find any that are this green and have the skinny tail.
Any ideas? I went back and read the poster, but there was no mention of where in particular they were. Just discussed biodiversity.
I think iguana families can be ruled out.
Thanks!
