a week and a half is way too soon for anything visible
honestly, the only way to be sure is to photograph her belly. this is easy if she's on the glass, or you can put her in a clear glass container or critter keeper and photograph from below. in the last 10 days to a week before she lays, you can see the eggs in her belly and even feel them if you palpate gently.
if she became gravid immediately after you put them together, you wouldn't see a visible thickening for at least another week, IMO, and it's meaningless til you can detect eggs.
