Anyone heard of D.W.A.R.F in Essex?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.
I'm considering volunteering at D.W.A.R.F (dangerous wild animal rescue facility) In Essex. I have heard some good things, and some bad things.
Just wondering if anyone here knows whether this is a good place to work?
