So a good friend gave me two tokay geckos

So anyways how much should i dust crickets with D3 and multivitamins a week or month? Every feed i use calcium without D3, two times a month D3 and 2 times a month multivitamins would that be ok? I also have uvb 10.0 coil bulb.
