Dusting insects..how often?

For the most part I know to dust feeders 2X weekly with calcium + D3 as well as calcium + vitamin. My question is regarding pure calcium. leo is young (~4 months I guess) so I've read that pure calcium should be dusted with every feeding. Is this the case for a young leo?

For my case I dust 3x a week and leave a calcium without D3. She looks healthy and no problems. People say they could overdose on calcium w/out D3 if you leave it in tank but Leopard Geckos seem to know when they need it

One size (supplement schedule) does not fit all. I would print that out and take it to an experienced veterinarian. Tell the vet that you want to make sure that this does not occur to your leo and you are simply making sure that he/she is aware and knowledgeable. Take the supplement bottles as well.
