Androyensis Questions

I'm seriously looking at ordering three Paroedura Androyensis in the near future. I've found a few caresheets on them, but I still have a few questions.

1. What should I do when I get them. They're wild caught, so is there anything I should do?

2. What types of insects should I feed? I'm not a fan of crickets, so if I can get away with other insects. I read that isopods/pill bugs are good for them. I'm planning on starting a culture of these. Which species would be the fastest reproducing and best as a food source. If I use them as a staple and supplement their diet with superworms, waxworms, and possibly mealworms, would this be an ok diet?

3. What kind of humidity do they like?

4. I was planning on buying three, hoping for at least one female and one male, and keeping them in a 10 or 20 gallon tank. Would this work with an undertank heater for heat and a compact fluorescent for UV?

5. Should I use coconut or organic soil for substrate? Should it be mixed with sand?

6. What are some plants that I could put in there?

Sorry for so many questions, but I'm really excited as these will be my first geckos. I do have experience with a blue tongued skink though so I do have reptile experience. Thanks!
