I dunno what I'm supposed to do with the carpet. When it gets dirty do I just hand wash it and put it back in? Or are you supposed to just get a new one? :?

You could either really. Zoo med I believe, makes a product called 'Wipe Out' for usage on the carpets. You also could just get a new one, up to you. What I would recommend is to buy some slate tile. That heats up well and is easy to clean, so you don't have to buy anymore!

If you decide to get tile, I recommend slate and the kind without the sticky backing as that could heat up and let off potentially dangerous gases. Slate tile comes in different sizes and looks, giving a big potential for making something cool looking
