Having trouble with the calcium powder..

My gecko started eating mealworms and the calcium powder doesn't stick to them. I've tried putting drops of water on them, but it doesn't stay on. How can I get him to eat his calcium powder without putting it on dusted crickets? I put some in a small container but he knocks it over.. Is it okay to put some in something heavy that he won't knock over? Suggestions please? :roll:

You could try to leave some calcium underneath the mealworms, if you use a mealworm dish of course. that way, when the gecko gets the mealworms, she or he will also take some calcium powder with it. At least that's what I do, but mine actually licks the calcium underneath the mealworms.
