Still learning about my panther gecko

I recently got a panther gecko. Actually I think it was closer to a month ago. I only have one female. Today while trying to find her in her tank I found an egg which looked healthy (I do NOT know if it was fertilized.) but in not expecting an egg to show up, it was accidentally squished by one of her hides. Is it normal for them to be laid this late and was there a possibility of it being fertilized? Also are there going to be anymore? I wasn't looking to be a breeder but I love geckos and found this species fascinating. I am still learning. So I don't know much aside from the basics. Would love to know of any tips about the species as well. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you for taking your time to read this and help out!

It could have been fertile, do you know if she was kept with a male before you got her? They can continue laying eggs for months after mating. There might be more, check the substrate and be careful, the eggs are super fragile! Good luck. :)

Some reptiles do lay just an in-fertile egg and it's a sign there okay for breeding but I do know that if your gecko is too young and is laying eggs it could possibly die from just being too early and if it has mated it will lay eggs for a while so watch out. And try to make some money if they hatch lol.
