rack question

I've been thinking for some time now of building a rack to house some leopard geckos or maybe some fat tails
I was out today and come across some nice storage boxes that I thought are of an ideal size, 31x16x6
Once I got them home I began to wonder if they are suitable after all?
They have kind of "feet" that raise the bottom of the box about 10mm of the ground

here are some pics
bottom of the box with the "feet"

Whole tub

If these are suitable I could get a nice trio of leos in a small rack to go beneath my custom build desk

How is the ventilation?
What is the height, tanks recommended for leos are 30x12.5x12.5 inches.
May want to cover at least one side for your geckos to make them feel secure

Dimensions are 31x16x6 as stated in my post
Ventilation will be added once I know they are good to use

Each tub will be properly furnished for one gecko

I don't think you can heat this safely, especially at that height (too short). It should be at least twice the size of the gecko high.

Another problem is that even clear plastics does not come near the transparency of glass. Chances are they will have difficulties seeing though which is not ideal. You don't want the leo to feel locked in. Some view though the front is healthy.
