Here's one that I personally have from when we first got him. See if that helps a bit. If he was bred to a dalmation/super dal (not sure if she could be considered super dal) what would happen? I have one of those and once they're big enough we're considering breeding them. The dal belongs to me and I'll attach a pic of her too.
Crestie genetics are not simple dominant/recessive/codominant. Especially if you only have one or Twp generations of parents to look at, you can't do more than make a wild guess about the offspring.
Oh, I haven't ever looked at crestie genetics. I deal with leopard geckos mostly lol. We don't even have their parents to look at, so there's really no idea lol. Any links where I can learn more about crestie genetics?
Well dang...well I guess we'll breed them to see what we get and if we get something good then good deal lol. Will they produce around the sane things every time? Or is it completely 100% random?
it's pretty random. I paired mine one year. there were 8 offspring. dad was a yellow and cream harlequin and mom was a patternless red. I got 5 different "looks" to the offspring.
Well, I guess we'll just see lol. Its gonna be a while before we can breed them. A year at least. I'll definitely be posting pictures and such. But based on the picture I posted in the comments is he a harlequin?
