Hey guys

2 days ago I discovered a baby wish had hatched, after an half hour I found a second one. I have them stored in a fauna box, with some earth and bamboos to hide in.

They have been quite alive and active, my only concerns so far is that I havent seen them eat yet, I have placed a bucket of calcium, and the adults farvorite baby food, banana and mango.

What I self suspect is wrong. They dont have proper ligthning yet (the pet store first opens today) so all weekend I have putted them outside in the sun for some time, so they could get some natural UVB.

This is my first time ever, I succed breeding geckos, I have studyet and studyet, but somehow it all seems to useless and new now lol

They will often take several days to a week to eat. Though 4-5 days is common. They consume their first shed after hatching, so do have some sustenance already.

Hi and thanks for your reply, this really comfort me alot ... I was afraid of I didnt offer them the proper needs since they didnt want to eat.

I have got some proper UVB ligtning for them as well, and I see a pretty increase in activity, so thats all good.

Today im going downtown to pick up some fruit flies, hopefully they are ready to eat some :)
