Worms?

I know there are a lot of different opinions on mealworms as the staple food item for leopard geckos, but here's the deal - my gecko is pretty much only interested in worms. We had about 50 crickets and he would reluctantly eat 1-2 so most of them died on their own before we could run out (we tried feeding him in different places, dusted/undusted, different times in the evening, bigger/smaller crickets, you name it, he doesn't care). We attempted locusts for a while as well, but he wasn't really interested in them either.

Right now he gets mealworms and superworms (which he LOVES). We've pretty much given up on any kind of crawlies so what I'm really wondering is - what kind of different worms can we feed him? I know he can have mealworms, superworms, silkworms (unavailable here), wax worms (gets 1-2 a week) and calciworms, though we haven't tried calciworms yet as I can't seem to find any proper instructions on them - are they for general feeding or for treats?
