Seems to be adjusting well to his new enclosure how should I start handling him

He seems a lot my comfortable since i got him about 3 weeks ago, how should I start handling him?

Let it climb on your arm on its own. That's how you know it's ready. Never force handle any reptile unless necessary or an emergency
