I have 2 leos. One is 2 years and 70 grams. The other is about 7 months and 46 grams. How much should they both eat per week and is that a reasonable weight?

They should eat about the size of the space between their eyes per day. If you feed gutloaded crickets or roaches you can feed them like 5 items 3x a week or so. Worms can be fattening so you can feed that if your gecko needs a little weight on

A healthy Leo over 6 months only needs to eat 2-3 times per week.
Feed them as much as they will eat at one sitting. Your 7 month old has a considerable amount of growing to do, i would say most of mine nearly doubled their weight from 7 months to 18 months. Sometimes growth spurts could be as much as 2-4 grams per month.
All on my geckos weigh in the high 70's to low 80's. they will eat about 5-6 giant mealworms per feeding.
Unhealthy animals or animals that need to put on weight should be fed everyday and always have available fresh water.
