Sudden behaviour change?

This morning I found that my leo had ripped up her paper towel substrate, I wasn't sure why she did it so I decided to I'd just change it later. When I went to change it later, she was staying on the cool side which she doesn't do during the day, she usually stays in her warm hide (I checked the temps they were correct) . I thought it was strange but I went on to pick her up (so I could change the paper towels) but when I did she freaked and went back into the viv. When I tried to remove her again she waved her tail (showing aggression). I don't know why this is happening can anyone help?

Hi

Assuming the waeather in Ireland at the moment is similar to that in the UK, it might just be our recent warm weather. Daff's eating less again and not doing much as it's a bit warm (remember, in the wild, digging would take them down to cooler soil, which obviously doesn't work in a viv, but they don't know that).
