Making money is hard. If your wanting to breed something I would look to find another tangerine to breed to. Then line breed them to get more color. It might take a few years to get some high end tangerines but it has been done.

Limiting your price range to $200 isn't a huge issue you can find some nice males less than that just need to look around. I just got a male last month that is a tangerine with wonderful colors and patterns for a lot less from a local breeder. I don't know I will breed him next year but it is a option.

If you want to make money off, you need a very special morph or combo that will "improved" the basic morph that are hypo tangerine. And each year the possible moprh you will obtain will decrease in value. You best way would be to have a male which combine flashy colors, and dominant genes. Such as a flashy WY tangerine enigma mack snow. Honestly breeding for money is really hard, and without rarer morph, there is no point, you will make enough money maybe to refund the food and juveniles housing.

Well I put an add up on craigslist selling hypo normal get blizzard and blizzards for 35$ and 45$ and I'm getting quite a few responces. Even tho there not hatched yet. So money won't really be that hard for me I guess. Thanks you guys for the suggestions! :)

I watch craigslist a lot and I have found some deals but you have be careful selling geckos or reptiles of any kind there. You can move a few pretty easy but the demand will dry up very fast and your stuck with a lot of babies. Saw it happen to a friend that is breeding geckos, I was able to help him out so it all worked out but could have been bad.

I'm controlling how many I hatch. I'm throwing away some eggs. Ik it sounds kinda cruel but I can not acomidate all of the baby's if I were to let them all hatch

That will work.

I have to build another rack so I can store my hatch-lings next year that will free up my main rack for adults. But that is off topic here and needs a different thread.

Mack Snows are nice. If I didn't already start my breeding for next season I would pick up a few mack snows and breed them for sure. I start planning early so I don't feel rushed when the time comes.
