
He looks to be a Tremper albino. Back when that strain of albino was released to the public (1999) it wasn't uncommon for them to look like that. Through selective breeding and incubation temperature manipulation, the Tremper strain of albino tends to not brown out much any longer. He could also be a Bell albino, which are also known for looking like this. There could also be Mack Snow in there which causing similar coloring in either strain of albino.
Photos in better lighting would allow for a more educated guess on what he is.

These are my old Tremper albinos. The darker animal was my male I bought from Albey Scholl in 2001, the lighter one was my female I bought from Ron Tremper back in 1999. (Yes my last name is different in the photo...took on mom's maiden name after parents got divorced).
