Odd mealworms?

So, I accidentally left my mealworms out of the fridge for a few hours before I put them back in. When I opened it up the next day, it looked like they had ground the flakes into fine grain almost. Today, when I fingered them around to get them to the surface, I noticed a lot more of this grain. Is this normal? How can I insert a photo to show you guys?

When they are at room temperature, they're eating machines. Mine will grind up oats really quickly, it could be a mixture of poop as well.

I always keep my mealworm culture at room temperature from 67*ish-70*F.
