Worms in my leo's cage/leo??

Hello! Sadly my leo may have an impaction  It looks like while in shed he ate some of the moss in his humid hide and since then he hasnt had any appetite. Ive have 3 other leos before and never experienced this problem!! I took him to the local vet and got a few X-rays. He is having me syringe feed him to see if it helps it pass, if not we may move onto surgery.

A few days ago when I was syringe feeding him the mix I got from the vet, from what I think happened, some fell out of the syringe onto the ceramic tile (I haven't seen him regurgitate at all). I didn't think anything of it, and left it. Today I went to check on my leo and give him another dose of his food and some type of worm/bug seemed to be inside the dry formula!!!! Majorty of them were dead but when I took the tile out of the cage, I found a live one on the side of the tile. I haven't had any signs of beetles or larva in his cage. Before he stopped eating I fed him crickets and superworms. Is this some type of worm that somehow got into his cage and reproduced? or is it possibly coming from him? The vet didn't say anything about him having worms and parasites, but now I am concerned. Here is a few photos of what I found.

I have no idea what these things are. My leo hasn't seemed any better so I will be taking him back to the vet soon. Should I bring this up during my next visit?

Thank you so much! They do like a lot like those! I haven't seen them anywhere else in my house, but i will get his cage cleaned asap! Can the larvae get on him and hurt him at all?
