She'd stuck under tail?

Sticky just shed, but he has some skin left by the base of his tail around his privates. Should I help him take it off? I don't want to hurt his...area.

Maybe since it's just shedd, give sticky chance to remove it. He can reach it , nibble it off. You can try remove it with fingers, tweezers, q tip and Warm wet paper towels
