Hello, all!
I've had my female leopard gecko (Kiku) since July 2020. I recently noticed that she hasn't been eating/interested in eating for about 4-5 days now. She is in a bioactive terrarium 20 gal with the Bio Dude's Terra-Sahara as substrate. Just today, I took her out to examine her and noticed this black/blueish dot on her belly. She hasn't pooped for a few days now and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to help her/give her immediate relief. Please let me know - any and all advice is appreciated!

It's probably also important to note that I've only ever tong fed her. She gets fed regular mealworms as well as red runner roaches. She gets a calcium supplement with D3 dusted onto her food 2-3 times a week as well as a multivitamin dusted on to her food 2-3 times a week.
