Hi, my name is Jim and I am from Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. I purchased my first two Geckos on January 2nd, 2012 and my juveniles (High Yellows?) on January 14th. My plan was to also purchase a "pair" for my 55 gallon that I have had stored (for so many years) on my enclosed porch, holding sand, coral and fake Koi. I talked at length with a couple in Quakertown, Pa. and ended up not only with a pair of Spotted Snow (Leos) I wanted, but also a Yellow Raptor Hex (Female) and a Striped Banana Blizzard/Snow? (Female), I have named "Short Tail" as she apparently dropped her tail prior to me adopting her. Her tank mate the yellow raptor hex I named "Miss Piggy" as even I can't eat that much ! but it is great as she has excellent body weight and a full tail. As they are all new I am watching them all closely. My only worry is the original two Enigma Albino Banded Snow ? females? I bought on January 2nd from Petco, as they are NOT gaining weight, sleep ALOT and show little interest in food. I have offered them giant meal worms, crickets, waxworms, fruit paste etc. but they are not very interested in the food and run to their hides if they see any movement. I see from reading articles that I am not the only "dad" with youngsters who are not good eaters. I would really like to "fatten" them up but am not sure how to get them to eat. So, I look forward to photos of your geckos and your informative articles. As soon as I figure out how to upload photos I will post pics of my "youngsters". Thanks for listening........jim
