I have just bought two lepored geckos. One might be a girl and the other a boy.... The boy gecko has eaten multiple small mealworms but the girl eill not touch it. We have tryed small crickets to and she wont eat anything. Could it be that she is getting used to the enviroment?? Or something more seriouse??

leopard geckos or any type of gecko, needs time to settle in depending on the gecko itself (personality wise) they may not eat for a couple days, maybe a week. But it's normal. Mine started eating as soon as I brought him home but as I said it differs on the gecko. Just keep doing what you're doing, she'll start eating eventually. Good luck! Send me a message if you need any more help!

I am having the same problem with my leo. She won't eat or at least I haven'd seen her eat. She has only been home three days so I am hopeful that once she becomes adjusted she will begin eating. As lilithknight suggest it can take time for new geckos to get adjusted. I was also concerned when my leo wasn't eating but read on the web that the gecko is most likely still getting comfortable in its new surroundings.

I am going to try to just leave her be for a while and hopefully she comes around! Good luck with yours! :D
