Found Leo after 3 months and very thin. Pls respond quick

Hey! So. Here was the situation, I lost my old leopard gecko, (5-6 months old) in April. My uncle, who loves reptiles, got me a new gecko and I have a new tank and everything. And this morning I went to feed my new gecko, kaminari, and just happened to look in one of his caves. And there the old gecko was. He is very thin and all of the fat reserves in his tail are gone. I quickly got him into a bin, and then into a tank,10 gal (that I had to quickly clean.) I am planning to move him to a bigger tank when he is healthier. I got him a light, and two more caves. I have him on paper towels as substrate to monitor his droppings. I got him a meal, and water the second I got him out of the other tank. My other gecko is doing fine.
Is there anything else I can do right now to help his growth?
Would it be ok to give him a couple wax worms, (being careful of course as to not get him addicted to them of course) so that he can get some of his fat reserves back in his tail.
I can’t get him to a vet for a couple of weeks. But once I can get him to one, I definitely will. And should I watch Kaminari to make sure that my other one didn’t give him parasites (if he had them) which I don’t know if he does.
There also seems to be a small lump Under his belly which I know isn’t normal and I am obviously concerned about his size and the lump.
Also. Because of how long it’s been. Will his growth be stunted?

Congratulations on spotting your lost leo! Your plans mostly seem good -- except for waxworms.
I don't see any MBD present in his/her limbs based upon either photo.
I do see the tiny lump you've circled.
What is your lost leo's name?
Had that leo actually returned to a former home OR were his caves outside his former home?

The most important thing right now is to thoroughly hydrate your formerly lost leo, prior to feeding.
Feed him small bugs or worms. I recommend skipping any waxworms. Waxworms are super high in fat & contain little nutrition.
By the way, which brand, exact name, & frequency are you providing for supplements?

I use Rep-Cal Herptivite with Beta Carotene Multivitamin Reptile Supplement and Zoo Med Repti Calcium with D3 Reptile Supplement. I alternate these every time I feed. Which for Kaminari, it’s every other day. And for Echo (for now) it’s every day.
I also put a small bottle cap of Calcium (no D3) idk if you need the brand of that too, so let me know if you do.

At least when using Zoo Med supplements, that dish of plain calcium carbonate in the enclosure is also excessive.

Zoo Med Repti Calcium with D3 is an ideal D3 supplement!

Please switch to Zoo Med Reptivite multivitamins withOUT D3 instead of Rep-Cal Herptivite with Beta Carotene. (Amazon sells it.) No 'Rep-Cal' brand supplement contains vitamin A acetate (retinol). A wee bit of retinol @ 1 feeding per week is necessary for healthy eyes & skin!

Echo's Supplement Schedule:
Echo's supplement frequency is excessive right now!
Feed Echo daily or every other day, but ONLY dust 3x per week!!! Like this:
*** Mondays ~ Use ZM Repti Calcium with D3 to dust all bugs or worms.
*** Wednesdays ~ Use plain calcium carbonate to dust all bugs or worms.
*** Fridays ~ Use ZM Reptivite multivitamins withOUT D3 to dust all bugs or worms.

I'll let Elizabeth give you all the feeding details. I just wanted to let you know that I had a gecko that escaped as a hatchling and I found her after 2 YEARS! She did well with being rehydrated and fed. I'd still have her but she was a victim of my household crypto plague.

Thrive brand calcium carbonate is good! No worries there.
A 2.5 month old leo is often NOT 10 inches long! I wonder whether Kaminari is some giant morph?

Feed Kaminari every other day, but ONLY dust 3x per week (same dusting schedule that I've recommended for Echo)!!!

Oh. I just did a “health check” where I check their weight. Check for abscesses and I measure them.

He was at a weird angle the first time and he kept moving so it wasn’t accurate.

He wasn’t moving as much this time and I got an accurate size. He is actually 6 1/2 inches.

6.5 inches sounds reasonable for a 2.5 month old leo.
