YES I do!

Many bugs & worms love fresh carrots!
Fresh carrots contain lots of beta carotene.
Just wash carrots, slice them, & serve them to bugs & worms on a jar lid.
Bugs & worms should gobble carrots & orange sweet potatoes right up!

yes yes, it's always there now!! It comes out just in the late afternoon to take a walk on the cold side to drink, then it goes to sleep under a rock in the center of the enclosure and then around 7-7:30 pm it goes back to the warm dry hide.. then in the evening around 8 pm it looks out of the warm hide and watches us until we feed it

Hello Elizabeth, how are you?
Foxy now stay all day, and night too, in the warm dry hide. She is active only at the feeding time when I give her insects with tweezers and I move it in the enclosure to stimulate foxy and simulate hunt.
Saturday she complete another shed (and it was the only time that i saw her go out of the warm hide in the last week) but, after a record of two poop in 3 days now are 12 days without poop. I'm worried.

I'm sorry for taking so long to reply.
I'm doing pretty good. But I have too much to do.

Thanks for sharing good news about Foxy & her activity, especially inside her warm dry hide!!!
It is common for leopard geckos to be most active at feeding time.
It sounds like Foxy is comfortable inside her warm dry hide.

Has Foxy pooped since you wrote on Monday -- 2 days ago?
Do you have water available for her 24/7?
Is the humidity higher inside her warm humid hide?

Food dishes:
Most my geckos have Anchor-Hocking brand 8 ounce clear glass dishes for their food. These 8 ounce bowls have vertical sides. Those sides help keep the bugs in. In addition I cut off crickets' back legs at their 'knees', so they can't jump out of the food dishes easily. IF some gecko can't reach the food, then I make a slanted ramp that leads to the rim of this food dish.

8 ounces = 236.6 mls

Yes water is always avaiable..humid hide humidity i don't know but I spray water in the coco fiber inside every other day.

Finally last night she poop..after 13 days!!!from last one..the biggest poop i've seen:).
I don't know if it help but I give her a little olive oil on monday evening and yesterday.

For feeding after reading Esther laue tips, we prefer simulate hunt to feeding in a dish.

An update of the vivarium..we try to ricreate natural habitat..we use as substrate desert bedding that is not small sand that can cause impaction. In the picture there is ceramic lamp because the spot is burn and I wait the new one.. with this naturalistic setup Foxy's behavior has completely changed. She move around and climb a lot and she is more open to contact with us.

WOW, Martellone! Foxy is a gorgeous leopard gecko! You guys are VERY lucky to have such a pretty pet!
Many thanks for sharing those 2 pictures which include Foxy!
I'm happy Foxy has benefitted from her re-created environment in many ways!
3 cheers to YOU!

Did you build the ledges on the back wall of Foxy's enclosure?
What is the shiny rectangle taped on the right side wall?
It looks like aluminum foil. (???)
