Does anyone know a Lionel from Camaroon?

Something like 99%+ of the transactions started with someone in Cameroon are scams. You can see how bad the situation is by searching on the Board of Inquiry: Board of Inquiry® - FaunaClassifieds Just search that board for Cameroon (note spelling, yours is incorrect).
I'd say stay away, don't even send them one red cent.

I got a PM from him as well saying he had Strophurus for sale. I found it odd, that he had no posts, no rating. So I just figured it was a scam too and deleted it.

Is that the same Lionel from Nigeria who is a relative of royalty and want to send me 60 million dollars. Or is it the Lionel from Kenya who wants me to send him some money for some rare reptiles he's exporting to the US.

You guys should always report this kind of stuff directly to a mod so that we can, if not dispose of the member, at least keep an eye on them. 9 times out of 10 it's a spammer and we can delete them from the system.

A lady recently informed me that she was being offered Micrkogecko persicus euphorbiacola (a Pakistani species) from a guy in Cameroon and shipping was a mere $50 to the USA. They're so oblivious to the very basics of the reptile hobby - you can scarcely ship overnight from USA - USA for $50.
I wish they'd put their wares to work and send us some real Cameroon species and hang up the scams. Then they might put something in their pockets. I saw one last year offering Lygodactylus conraui, and when asked for a photo - they supplied one alright. One from Willi Henkel's website.
