First of all congratulation!! I absolutely think that lorelei Scarlet is beautiful!! I love the tongue action, to cute!

@Zack- Turtles make great pets if you have the room, as rushead said. But Dozer is not a turtle, he's a sulcata tortoise. They come from Africa and can weigh 150+ lbs when full grown (15 years or so, though they can live 60 or more in captivity). You absolutely have to do your research when considering a tortoise, or of course any herp. Though Dozer is only the size of a full-grown Russian tortoise, in a few more years he's going to be huge, and poop huge, and dig huge holes in the yard, and eat/ruin the lawn, not to mention the neighbor's hedge, and eat lots and lots of food...
Well, I kinda went on a tangent, hehehe. But i really feel sulcatas do not make good pets for the majority of people. do a google search on sulcata rescue and you'll see what I mean.
And rushead-soooooo sorry to hear about your leopard tortoise!!
omg they get big:shock:!!! and even tho they look like awsome pets i think they would be a lil bit to muchwork for me right now but thanks for the info:biggrin:
