I can't get mine angry enough to display like this. They are some of the sweetest geckos I've ever known. Is it your camera? Seriously. I've seen these pics and don't get it..

Ah, I'll leave that up to the tokays. I can't tell you how much I love getting a nice rough kiss from a big baby blue gecko.

Mine never displayed any agressiveness. They ar however subadult, I do not know if it more common for adults to show his behavior.

Most of mine are not aggressive at all, and this was the first time this guy (its usually the males that do it) flared up. All I did to initiate it was move the bamboo pole he was sleeping on and he just went off.

... and must have stayed that way for a little while, unless you had your camera ready when he did it? It's so interesting to see anything posted about these geckos besides pictures of them stuck to logs. From what I've seen of mine, they are some of the coolest animals I've ever seen. And I don't just mean their camoflauge, I mean the way they move and act too.

Well he cooled off while I went to get the camera (less than a minute), then I simply moved the stick again once I had the camera ready and he perked back up again.
