I was wondering if anyone could tell me how old these hatchlings are

I would love to be able to figure out about when i will be needing to find out their gender and moving them to the correct tank if they are both males

You should weight them, that's often a good way to tell when they start to be sexually mature. That along with keeping an eye out for the bulges and pre-anal pores.

But they look under a month to me. If you have a male, you should start seeing signs in the next 5-6 months, maybe even sooner.

They are definitely under 3 months! I would say closer to 3-6 weeks old!
While they can stay housed together for now, the sooner they are separated the better. One of my leos (before I bought her) had not been separated soon enough and got some pretty bad injuries. They've healed up great (as most leos do!), but it couldve been prevented if she was just moved into her own tank. - I believe she was attacked by a hot female.

By the way, you set up and tank is great! I love the look of it =]

that is weird i was told buy a breeder that i got my 5 year old gecko from that once they all reach a year i can house all females together if i have a large enough tank and if i will breed them then do 4 females and 1 male in a tank but to never keep males together.

You can, you just have to watch out for their behavior. Not all leopard geckos get along, even if they are all females. If you notice any bullying, any fighting, hissing, snapping, any phantom injuries that just showed up one day out of nowhere, you will want to separate them right away.

For now though, as long as they get along now, and they are lil juvies like they are, they should do fine together. You just have to observe their behavior and watch for the physical development if one or both turn out to be males. Always watch out for bullying in case one grows faster than the other. In case you want to know what to look for: The Learning Center - Breeding Leopard Geckos

Thanks mardy i just read the whole page. Learned a few new things. Lucky I do know how to figure out gender i just need to figure out age. These two seem to get along ok it seems they only want to argue over food which is only when it runs low as i try to keep 20 to 30 small mealworms in their cup at all times besides random crickets being inside their cage.
