Crested Gecko Terrarium Size?

So I am going to be getting a crested gecko in a few weeks. I am wondering since I will be getting a juvenile does the in closer have to be 12" x 12" x 18" or can I keep a juvenile crested gecko in a 18" x 18" x 24" terrarium. The reason I'm asking is because I don't want to spend the money to buy two terrariums if I only need one.

I've never had problems putting hatchlings in bigger enclosures.
My standard enclosure for raising crested is a group set-up. It's a 65 gallon tank, heavily planted, which they go into right out of the egg. They always manage to find their food.
There shouldn't be a problem putting a healthy hatching into the bigger enclosure.

Agreed. Just make sure your gecko has plenty of places to hide and he/she will be fine in the bigger viv. 12x12x18 is great for juvies, but tight for a full adult.
