Crypto. What would you do?

I researched Crypto in Lizards/Geckos for almost a month straight because I was debating keeping Leopard Geckos. It seems to pop up all to much.

I know (as of now) what the general consensus is regarding what to do with a Leopard Gecko that positively has it.

This is more of a poll:

(1) Let the Leopard Gecko die a slow multi faceted death while trying all available medication sans significant improvement.

(2) Humanely euthanize the Leopard Gecko?

As I am in this situation at the moment, I'm going to say this: I will be trying everything I can to try to keep him alive and comfortable. As soon as he starts showing signs that he is suffering, I will put him down. As of right now, he seems comfortable. I am in frequent contact with my vet, so I am not too concerned at the moment.

If I were not in the position I am in, I would say that it depends on the condition of the gecko. If it is very far gone (bloated stomach, stick tail, bones prominent, etc), by all means euthanize. If the gecko is in better condition (still looks relatively healthy), I'd say it's up to the owner and vet to make a decision. The treatments are expensive, and not for everyone. But I'd say they are worth a try. But that's just my opinion.

I would do the same thing InshAllah a treatment to keep the Crypto in a stage that extends the quality and length of life comes along. I hope someone just finds a way to eradicate it.
