Confused with Supplement Feeding

Hi everyone! So I’m a soon to be leopard gecko owner and it’s my first time having a reptile so this is all new to me. What would be a good schedule for a 6 month subadult gecko? And how exactly do the supplements and multivitamins work I’m worried that I will mess it up and I want my little dude to be happy and healthy thanks I’m so confused

Welcome aboard, Auds!
May I ask where you live?
Can you buy these particular Zoo Med's supplements:
Zoo Med's ReptiCalcium with D3 &
Zoo Med's Reptivite Multivitamins without D3?

Leopard geckos need regular dusting of their crickets &/or dubia. Some folks also feed leopard geckos mealwprms now & then.
It's also important to feed their bugs & worms a high quality dry diet 24/7/365 days per year.
These supplements & multivitamins work by providing nutrients a leopard gecko would NOT get by feeding undusted bugs or worms.

Zoo Med's supplements are high quality & ideal.
IF you can buy Zoo Med's supplements, I'll share the schedules I've used for years.

You're very welcome!
You actually need both
1. Zoo Med's ReptiCalcium with D3 &
2. Zoo Med's Reptivite Multivitamins without D3

Will you be using a linear UVB tube or not?
What size will your 6 mo leo's enclosure be?

In addition you'll need a plain calcium carbonate powder.
You can either buy NOW (brand) Calcium Carbonate (100% pure) from Amazon (it lasts forever) or Zoo Med's Repti Calcium without D3. for your leo's plain calcium.

Which Reptivite Multivitamins do you have: with or without D3?
Since you'll be using UVB follow schedules 154-156 for the life of your leo.

Can you see the exact schedule 154 I recommend for your leo?
It's best to follow those schedules religiously & refrain from any shortcuts.
Schedule 154 highly recommends daily feedings for a leo 0-12 months old.

Scroll down on link 154 if you can't see it all.

Choose the 12 inch ShadeDweller UVB & place it over one third (or half) the enclosure, left side or right side.
Pair your linear UVB with a suitably warm halogen bulb.
Center your halogen bulb in the middle of the 12 inch ShadeDweller linear UVB.

I generally use Anchor Hocking brand 8 ounce clear glass bowls with perpendicular sides as a feeding dish.
He/she may need some sort of ramp to reach his bugs & worms.
I hope these bowls are still available.

Have you named your leo?
