    Gehyra marginata temperature question

Hi guys, I have a question regarding temperature with G. marginata. Out of the few caresheets out there they both have had different temperature requirments. One has said no higher then 80, another said 80-85 with a basking spot of 90. What do you keep yours at? They are from warm, tropical...

    Sex me!

Feel free to guess the sex on this guy. I've always called him a male, mostly cause I thought only males made the tokay noise. Take your best guesses.

    Breeding tokay geckos

Hi, I was wondering what, if anything, you guys do to breed Tokay geckos. I recently got a few more tokays (2.1, 1.1 in one enclosure) in a 18x18x24 exo terra. Snake plant gets added this week. ;) Is it just a matter of heavily feeding the geckos? Thanks.

    turneri eggs

Hey guys, I watched my female dig a hole then lay a single egg under a rock pile last night. It was interesting to watch, and they seem to be very aggressive when laying, she noticed me and charged the glass, I then backed off and she went back to digging. I have the egg incubating on dry sand...

    U. milii now Nephrurus?

I've read for a while now that Underwoodisaurus milii have now been reclassifed as Nerphrurus milii. Does anyone have any papers on this change or webpages with more info? Would it be correct to call them Nephrurus milii now? Thanks.

    Finally - turneri!

Hi guys, I've been looking for a pair of turneri for over 5 years now and found a pair at local pet store. They are obviously a pair, the male has hemipenal bulges while the female doesn't. The male also has lots of white spots and the female has very little to none. I will get some pics up...

    Tokay Call Question

Hi guys, I was playing some tokay calls on my computer a few days ago and my tokay started to do the "tokay" call back. I've been wondering, do only males make this noise or will females too? I've been wanting to get a mate for him/her and I've been to lazy to get him out of his bamboo to sex...

    Grandis questions

Hi guys, in a few weeks I will be getting 2, month old Phelsuma grandis. I have two empty 12x12x18 exo-terra enclosures. I have read that grandis are aggressive towards each other and should be raised separate. What do you think? Should I raise them separate? Each enclosure has soil/peat moss...
