Guys Aggro pooped again. At first it seemed normal, but when i looked closer, there was this weird greenish thing next to the urate. He only seems to move to poop and drink water. Im very worried :(

My gecko was taking a bath and when trying to escape, he slid down and i think he inhaled some water. He looks normal now but I'm worried it's going to harm him. What can I do to help him?
