For about a week I have occasionally heard my leopard gecko scream (not in a horrible way, just lightly), and then try to bite his bulge area. Do they do this when they are about to poop? I have noticed his bulge is a little bit bigger I suppose, but he seems to be pooping okay. Any ideas?

Oh gosh! I gave the calcium back right away! Someone on YouTube said that is how to fix it :roll: He is not pregnant, he is a boy ;). I have been feeding him mealworms for a bit but I will go back to crickets. Here is a pic, you can't really see the bubbles too well, but they are there.

I was in the same situation as you! The only thing you can do is take her to the vet. The vet will give you a prescription ointment called terramycin, which you will have to apply twice a day to each eye. Hopefully the eyes should then open up, but it is likely that she will have an infection...

Okay so I am very confused... I now have calcium powder with D3, calcium powder without D3, and Herptivite multivitamin, I dust with the non-D3 calcium every feeding, and the Herptivite every 4-5th feeding, so... where do they get the vitamin D3? Do I need to use the D3 calcium? Thanks!

I recently "adopted" a leo from craigslist, and he came with a 10 gallon set up. Is this big enough? He is an adult male, and has a log hide and a rock hide, and repti carpet, along with like the heater and stuff. Some people say 10, others say 20.... Thanks!
