Are strophurus hard to find

I was wondering if a strophurus ciliaris ciliaris is really hard to find? Can I ship them?

IT isn't too difficult to find a breeder, however it is VERY difficult to find a breeder with any available or with a half empty waiting list. Those that are for sale are usually surplus males, that's what I have found through experience.
