i keep my leos cage at around 70-75 degrees with a heat pad under the hide.....i just keep the light on at night to keep the temp up.......should i be turning it off?
Leo's need a constant warm spot in the cage of 90 degrees. (No higher than that though.) Most people do this by using heat tape attached to a thermostate. That way the temperature can stay the same day and night, and they don't necessarily need a light on. (Only the sunlight coming in the room, so they can cycle between day and night.) Hope that helps!
