ok this is the most stupid question of my life: is there such things as a dwarf leopard gecko or is there any genetic trait tht allows a cetian amount of dwafisum resulting them to still look quite juvenlie? i'm asking this because my 3(i have a total of 4) of my 9-10 month old leos still look rather young and the 2 females are gravid but my other leo which is about 10-12 months old is looking alot bigger. so i'm totaly confused.

Are they housed together? This may be one cause, a lack of food.

Descibe their setup & diet, as well as supplement.

are they housed together? can you provide pictures of their setups and the leos themselves. the answer to your question is no, there is no HEALTHY dwarf geckos, only deprived or inbreed ones.
