Extra Fingers? (warning *Lots of pics*)

I think my crested has extra fingers on its hind legs...
A very small extra finger with claw on each side...

It doesn't seem to bother him, maybe just something extra to help him climb :?
Anybody has something like this on their cresteds?

I found a chuchwala with 6 fingers last may. funny thing was it was at a hazardous waste site I was working on :shock: It is probably of no benifit or burdon to the gecko. Pretty cool novelty though.

haha thats pretty neat. see, im tellin you we need an oddities/deformities forum to share these types of pics! but theres actually plenty of humans that share that same deformity, it's called "polydactyly".

Polydactyly hmmm..., I remember one of my childhood friend has an extra finger.. it's pretty cool.. in a way..., I just didn't know they occured in animals too..

Yeah we should have an oddities/deformities forum, I agree... It should be interesting to see that!

Alot of breeders have had increasing #'s of extra toes. But if it doesn't bother him i would worry about it.

Extra toes are pretty common in cresteds. I think it's really cool how you can even see the little extra "toe nail" on the toe. Nice pictures.
