Roaches?

I have a pair of Leopard geckos, and I can't stand the chirping of the crickets at night. I feed mealworms, but they don't seem like they are too interested in them. I was wondering what kind(s) of roach would be best for my Leopards. If anyone knows or has some advice for me about roaches, please let me know, thanks for your time.

Hi Lucky,

I ususally feed my (Leopard-)Geckos with crickets and roaches (The Dubia-Roach, Blaptica dubia, is easy to breed and should not get you in trouble with your neighbours because they aren't able to climb glass).
Sometimes I offer mealworms and waxworms but that both shouldn't be the main part of the food.

Regards,

Peter

Yes-the adult male Dubia reaches 2 inches in length and they much more substantial/meaty than crickets
I have a small colony of them and they are easy to get used to working with
It's amazing how I have overcome my aversion to bugs since keeping reptiles and caring for/feeding the feeders is a routine as doing the same for the herps
Here is a quick care sheet

Don't think I could feed them to my leo then cause she aren't interrested in adult crickets which are about half the size of a roach
